I am sure some of you are wondering what the heck is the deal? Questions abound, and so far...we haven't put out TONS of info. So...lemme try and help out a bit.

1. Kids are TOTALLY allowed. This will be a family friendly event.
2. Dogs are allowed too, but please use common sense/courtesy with leashes/crates, etc. We love dogs, and our little Chupacabras will be there too!!
3. Cabin space. We have limited cabin space on-site. We are trying to nail down who all will be staying on-site, and then we will contact everyone with all camping and hotel options. I know this is time sensitive, so we are trying to get this nailed down as soon as possible.
4. If we confirm with you that we have cabin space reserved for you, we will send you a list of things you might want to bring to camp. (i.e.: sheets, fan, etc) We have camped at ClearFork ALOT, so we know some of the creature comforts that make the cabins more inviting. In general, you will definitely want to have: bug spray, sunscreen, cooler with your favorite beverages, food for the time you will be there (exception being the reception, of course!) and whatever gear you need for biking, running, fishing, etc. We will give you a more detailed run down as we get closer, but if you have any questions...feel free to ask here (comments section) or email Mike or I.
5. There are tons of activites available. We will provide a "things to do in/around ClearFork & Hot Springs" with the invitations...but take some time to figure out what you wanna do. Lots of our crew will be mountain biking and trail running, but there are fun antique shops and spas around too. Essentially, something for everyone!
6. I have also had people ask about carpooling/caravaning. Mike and I think the forum on here would be a GREAT place for people to coordinate that. Leave comments here, or we can create a "carpool/caravan" thread in the forum. In fact, I will do that after I post this!
